I’m Ed, I am a business and personal coach and mentor. I have 30 years’ experience as a senior manager, leader, coach, mentor, work-based learning expert and executive director working in the corporate and the education sector. And I love helping people be their best self in the workplace, because I believe that great business results are achieved through great people.

Through coaching & mentoring I can help inspire and optimise performance. This is the driving force behind achieving goals and maximising personal and professional success – however people choose to measure it.

My passion for supporting organisations, individuals and teams to be the best they can be, has led me to starting my own business focusing on coaching, mentoring and skills development. I have learned from experiencing many challenges throughout my life and career and if I have one wish it would have been for my 21 year old self to have know, what I know now. So through my programmes I will share my pragmatism and proven experience to support you in your journey.
