How will coaching help? Coaching taps into how people operate and encourages them to develop their confidence and build on positive behaviours. It also uses techniques to manage traits and limiting beliefs. It is individualised and works with people to nudge them towards a goal. Done well, people feel supported to change and this will improve how they interact at work with colleagues and customers and even in their personal life. Successful coaching gives you ideas and tools that you can use easily as well as supporting you to achieve longer-term behaviour change.
How long does the process last?
Programmes can last from three months to a year depending on your needs.
How do you set the programme?
I take the proper time to get to know your organisation, understand the problems you face and the goals and objectives you want to achieve. From this, I suggest a bespoke solution for your organisation and your people.
How much does it cost?
I deliver competitively priced coaching, team and leadership services and can break the programme into stages to meet your budget. My added value is my deep experience in apprenticeship strategy and solutions that can help businesses develop an extra dimension to their talent pipeline.
Not ready for a bespoke programme? Try one of my facilitated workshops. or enrol a team member onto my virtual leadership academy.

Apprenticeships help you upskill existing staff as well as take on new talent to develop your business. Organisations and charities can also work together to use up unspent apprenticeship levy making it a great way to support local businesses and not-for-profits and expand your CSR and values-driven activities. With my extensive experience – including leading the apprenticeship programme for a global awarding institution – I can help all organisations build a successful strategic and tactical apprenticeship programme.
